For the all-rounder matcha drinker and baker. Not sure where to start? Hirohito is a great all-rounder and is our second flush matcha, where the tea buds are covered for 22 days allowing for a smooth and rich flavour. This matcha is produced and processed in Wazuka, Uji, Kyoto.

If you want some pure green matcha that is great with milk, pastries or other desserts, this is the way to go.

Good way to start a new day or wind down from a long one. Gives a rich and whole matcha taste without being overpowering and serves as a nice alternative to coffee. Normally It's really difficult to find good quality matcha unless you get it from a Starbucks or one of those matcha dessert cafes. But buying my own matcha has been the best decision, since I can finally make my own frappes and lattes at home without breaking the bank every time. I'd recommend getting the whisk, it makes a huge difference in getting that smooth texture. I'm definitely repurchasing again and would love to try the Chiasa blend next!
